Arita Farm is using drug-free feeding method and emphasizes the living environment of the cattle, our Prime Minister's Award winning beef is renowned for its melt-in-the-mouth texture and freshness. With the concept of “farm to table”, Arita Gyu has its own factory in Hong Kong, the meat is cut to ensure the presence of freshest condition. The diverse menu features a variety of creative dishes made from different cuts of Wagyu, including the seven-course "Premium Wagyu Gozen," allowing diners to experience the deep flavors at reasonable prices.
