會員卡續期通知!! Ajisen Friend's Club Card Renewal Notice!!

首批味千積分會員卡已於2009年5月到期，請各會員於會員卡上的有效日期前，到各分店辦理續期手續，續會費為港幣$20一年。如會員未能於有效日期前辦理續期手續，會員戶口將會作廢。* 詳情請與店員查詢。

The first batch of Ajisen Friend's Club card was expired by May 2009. Please make the renewal application before the expiry date shown on your card. The renewal fee is HKD$20 per annum. Your account and the accumulated points will become invalid if the card is not renewed before its expiry.* Please contact our staff for any enquiry.

1. 會員卡續期手續只能在香港分店辦理(機場分店除外)
2. 如有任何爭議，本公司將保留所有最終決定權

新會員申請 Ajisen Friend's Club Membership Application

顧客只需到任何一間味千拉麵分店 (機場店除外)，填妥申請表及繳交港幣$20, 即可成為味千會員，有效期為兩年。詳情請與店員查詢。

分數累積及使用方法：
凡於味千拉麵每惠顧$1即可獲1分，積分可換領禮品，或當作現金在下次消費時在帳單中扣除，計算方法如下：

每儲滿 100 分，等如港幣$8，如此類推。

舉例：如下次惠顧帳單總額$100，使用200積分，即是 $100 – (200/100x8) = 84，會員在此次惠顧只須付$84。

條款及細則：
1. 會員卡申請手續只能在香港分店辦理(機場分店除外)
2. 會員卡使適用於香港味千拉麵分店(機場分店除外)
3. 會員卡有效期為兩年
4. 必須在埋單前出示會員卡
5. 如有任何爭議，本公司將保留所有最終決定權

To apply a membership of Ajisen Friend's Club, please fill in the application form at any Ajisen Ramen branch (except airport branches). The application fee is HKD$20 for 2 years.Please contact our staff for any enquiry.

Points Accumulation and Calculation:

Any dine-in/take-away purchase of HK$1, Ajisen Friend's Club Member will be rewarded 1point. Accumulated points can be used as cash for next purchase at any Ajisen Ramen branch or for gift redemption.

Accumulated 100 points = HK$8 , 200 points = HK$16 …and so on.

Points calculation example:
If the bill amount is $100, and your accumulated points are 200points. $100 – (200/100x8) = $84. Therefore, you only need to pay $84.

Terms and conditions:
1. Membership Application can only be made in Hong Kong Ajisen Ramen Branch (except Airport branch)
2. Ajisen Member Card can only be used in Hong Kong Ajisen Ramen Branch (except Airport branch)
3. Ajisen Member Card is valid for 2 years.
4. Please present the Ajisen Member Card when asking for bill
5. Hong Kong Ajisen Co. Ltd. reserves the right of final decision for any dispute, if any.
